4 Large Carrots (Chopped)
4 Apples (Cored & Quartered)
Bunch of fresh Parsley
1 – 1.5 inch piece of root Ginger (Peeled & Chopped)
Put all the ingredients through a juicer and store in a container in the fridge. Drink over four or five days before making a fresh batch.
